Virtual visits are an option for those who are not ready for face-to-face visits.

We are cleaning in between each client to sanitize the waiting and therapy room.

Please wear a mask to your visit. Once inside the counseling room you can choose to wear your mask if this is more comfortable for you.

We cannot grow unless we embrace the opportunities of life.You do not have to do this alone! Using a variety of exercises, we will design an approach that has proven to help others navigate through issues. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in treating anxiety and depression.

My approach is supportive and client-focused.  I prefer an integrative approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques as well as other tools that are proven to offer relief from many different challenges.  

Together, you and I will explore your challenges, identify your triggers and patterns, affirm your worth and identity, and build your coping skills toolbox in helping you move towards a more fulfilling life.
